Black & White Photocopies: .25 cents per page. .50 cents if double-sided. Color Photocopies: $1.00 per page. $2.00 if double-sided. Does the library have computers with Internet? Expand Yes. How do I get a library card? Expand Library cards are free to residents of Kiowa County. Fill out an application at the front desk. You Must Show: Photo ID Utility bill (gas, water, or electric) with your name and address on it to verify where you live Local reference name and phone number (someone not living in the same residence and who lives in Hobart) Parents must apply on behalf of children under the age of 18 years.
